The outer layer of silicon-calcium cored wire consists of high-quality low-carbon steel sheath, which protects the core powder and facilitates precise feeding. It is resistant to damage and prevents powder scattering. The inner layer contains high-purity silicon-calcium alloy powder with uniform composition and no lumps, ensuring stable core powder content per meter and consistent smelting results.
